Wine is a perishable product, and as such, all sales are final. We want every bottle you receive from Twin Oaks Tavern Winery to meet the highest standards.
If you believe you received a damaged or defective bottle, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@twinoakswinery.com. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.
We are not able to accept returns for:
Wine ordered in error
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Situations outside our control once the product is received
Please retain the unfinished portion of any flawed bottle if you wish to report an issue, as we may request this be returned for review.
